Day-To-Day Provides a friendly, supportive presence and connection for tenants, visitors and service personnel while at the same time monitoring the building for problems and any safety concerns. Assists the Community Director with daily operations of the community as directed. Processes applications to include verification of income and previous rental history. Checks identification and/or tenant/staff badges of all persons entering the building. Copies and files identification of all visitors. Handles all incoming calls by assisting caller or directing to the appropriate person. Ensures all resident files are properly maintained based on VOA Texas procedures. Qualifications High School diploma plus four years general office experience. Must have valid Texas driver's license, clear MVR and ability to be insured. 2 Years of prior experience preferred Make a living by making a difference. Apply online today!
