We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Construction Project Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support and help manage daily operations for our Austin division. We are looking for someone highly organized, dependable, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced construction environment. This role is critical to keeping projects moving efficiently by ensuring communication, paperwork, scheduling, and coordination are handled accurately and on time. The ideal candidate is someone who takes ownership of their responsibilities, follows through on tasks, and helps keep the office and projects running smoothly.Responsibilities:
Manage and organize daily office operations for the Austin division Support project managers and field teams with administrative and project-related tasks Track and maintain project documents, permits, contracts, invoices, purchase orders, and schedules Coordinate communication between vendors, subcontractors, clients, and internal teams Ensure information and updates are delivered to the correct people in a timely manner Maintain organized digital and physical project files across multiple platforms and systems Assist with reporting, data entry, scheduling, and project tracking Stay on top of deadlines, pending items, and project needs to help keep operations moving efficientlyQualifications:
Previous construction industry experience required Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to work efficiently across multiple software platforms and systems Must have experience with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, QuickBooks, and/or project management software Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Self-motivated and able to work independently Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency Reliable, professional, and team-oriented What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who takes pride in getting their work completed thoroughly and on time.
