Job Summary and Qualifications As a Support Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for the coordination and processing of scheduled transport of patients and equipment as needed for patient care and throughput. You will coordinate and assist with transports and scheduling, to include training, reports data and communicating such data to streamline all hospital transports . You will serve as gatekeeper and dispatcher of all transports You will process all scheduled and unscheduled work orders in the department You will assist with maintaining employee labor hours You will provide clerical support to the department as needed You will assist with and perform all other duties as assigned or requested Job Requirements Experience Experience in word processing and spreadsheets or databases (Tele Tracking) Education High school diploma or GED equivalent Benefits St. David's South Austin Medical Center, offers a total rewards package that supports the health, life, career and retirement of our colleagues.
