Job Description
Front Office Assistant 2499 South Capital Of Texas Hwy Nb, Austin, TX 78746 $18 an hour - Part-time $18 an hour - Part-time At Resilient Rx, we combine orthopedic and pelvic floor PT with nervous system regulation, trauma-informed care, fascia and lymph work, somatics, and whole-person healing. We're looking for a teammate who is all in. We are a niche clinic primarily serving people who haven't found answers in the traditional healthcare or PT model — including those navigating chronic pain, PTSD, hypermobility, Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, pelvic floor dysfunction, and more.
Role Responsibilities:
Day-to-day administrative tasks including faxing and communicating with doctor's offices and other practice owners Assisting with sales and customer calls Maintaining systems and organization via Notion (our project management tool) Tracking referrals and monitoring clinic metrics (phone calls, call conversion, etc.) Managing phone coverage Greeting patients, assisting with the vibro-acoustic bed, organizing the office, and ordering supplies Maintaining ongoing communication with staff via Slack and in person Comfort discussing pelvic floor topics with clients and prospective clients (training provided) Assisting with Canva and social media (training provided)What We're Looking For:
