Program Director - Health Management Administrative Services Ready to take your leadership to the next level and make a real impact in education? We're looking for a Program Director who is passionate about shaping future healthcare professionals and driving program excellence!
What You'll Do:
As the Program Director, you'll be the driving force behind the success of our Health Management Administrative Services program. You'll lead with purpose—guiding students, supporting instructors, and ensuring a high-quality learning experience. Oversee and deliver engaging curriculum (online & in-person) Lead, coach, and evaluate instructional staff Monitor student progress, attendance, and success Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards Collaborate on hiring and developing top-tier faculty Build relationships in the community to promote the program Analyze student outcomes and continuously improve program performance Partner with leadership on program growth and innovation
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's Degree (required) Strong leadership and communication skills Passion for education and student success Experience in program management, education, or healthcare administration (preferred) Why Join Us?
