Job Description
In office position in Baytown, Texas Reporting to Head of Field Services Experience in field related admin activities highly preferred FlexSteel (www.flexsteelpipe.com) is an innovation-driven flexible pipe technology company. SUMMARY Responsible for preparing and maintaining location documentation and providing administrative support to location personnel, including regional-based personnel.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying. Maintain document libraries in both printed and electronic forms. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements. Prepare and modify documents, including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails. Prepare support materials for all Services training requirements and new hire on-boarding. Maintain field staff SalesForce profiles, including but not limited to Certifications, Applications, safety training records, Customer orientations, etc. Validate field staff hour reporting documented on daily field tickets, including HSE documents. Coordinate event planning as well as meal ordering for special events. Maintain office supplies. Special projects or assignments as directed by management.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

Three (3) to five (5) years of experience preferred. Intermediate language skills, mathematical skills, and intermediate reasoning ability. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to build solid working relationships with customers, vendors, and interface with associates in all departments.This position may require:
