Job Description
Assist Administrator in leading and directing overall operations of the facility in accordance with internal and external customer needs, organizational policies and state and federal regulations. The ideal candidate will be able to work collaboratively in coordination with the leadership team and administrator/CEO to create a positive environment that ensures provisions of excellent care for our residents and patients while we achieve our organizational goals and objectives in a fiscally responsible manner. The Assistant Administrator will become a vital part of our organization's smooth operations! As an Assistant Administrator, at the direction of the Administrator/CEO you will play a key role in a multitude of projects and activities as needed to help our organization to survive and thrive in this complicating healthcare market. BBA is minimum requirement MBA or MHA preferred Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate and direct facilities programs and activities in conjunction with facilities operational budget and state and federal requirements. Monitor "Data Points" and address issues that affect performance of the facility. Assist and support the CEO in leading facility management staff based on current and upcoming strategic planning goals and objectives. Exhibit positive customer service - both to internal and external customers in face to face, phone and email formats. Assist and support the CEO in monitoring departmental activities such as compliance with departmental and organizational policy as well as state and federal regulations. Assist and support the CEO through management oversight of departments as directed by CEO. Support administrative team through management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and coordinating meetings Handle clerical duties including typing reports, organizing files, and supporting general office administration with computer skills in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and healthcare operational platforms such as PCC and CPSI is a plus. Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to manage multi-line phone systems confidently. Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse client needs effectively. Strong clerical skills such as data entry, proofreading, filing, and calendar management. Previous experience in customer service is advantageous.
