Bailey Inglish Campus PEIMS Secretary Position Purpose Maintain accurate attendance records for the assigned campus. Under direct supervision, perform data entry including attendance, Pulic Education Information Management System (PEIMS) data, and grades. Essential Job Functions Collect and enter attendance and PEIMS data into established database and verify accuracy according to established procedures. Prepare and print reports, including attendance reports, grades, class and personnel rosters, end-of-semester reports, or accounting reports. Maintain physical and computerized student records. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Knowledge of TxEIS software and PEIMS perferred. Ability to meet established deadlines. Qualifications High School diploma. Two years data entry experience.
