Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized General Office Clerk to join our team! This vital role ensures the smooth operation of daily office activities, providing exceptional administrative support and customer service. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. Duties Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and directing them appropriately Operate multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries, and route calls efficiently using proper phone etiquette Perform data entry tasks with accuracy using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office software Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval of documents Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software to support financial record keeping Support calendar management and scheduling for meetings, appointments, and personal assistants as needed Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience Conduct proofreading of documents to ensure clarity, accuracy, and professionalism in all communications Handle clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, mailing, and inventory management Support office management activities to improve workflow efficiency and maintain a tidy workspace Experience Previous office experience or administrative background preferred; experience in medical or dental reception is a plus Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and excellent phone etiquette skills Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Experience with data entry, proofreading, filing systems, and customer service roles is advantageous Personal assistant or receptionist experience that involves calendar management and client interaction is beneficial Knowledge of bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks or similar programs is a plus Ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple responsibilities with attention to detail Join us in creating an energetic workplace where your organizational talents shine!
