Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records, and managing correspondence.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and data entry tasks.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members as needed.
- Respond promptly to inquiries, providing information or redirecting calls/emails to the appropriate team member.
- Support project management tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and workflows are maintained.
- Maintain office equipment and coordinate repairs or upgrades when necessary.
- Collaborate with various departments to provide administrative support for ongoing projects.
- Prepare and distribute office communications, such as memos and newsletters.
- Assist in the management of office budgets, checking invoices, and processing expense reports.
- Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and welcoming for employees and visitors.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office management software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
