® and Bryan-College Station Multiple Listing Service (BCS MLS) are dedicated to providing exceptional service, education, and resources to our REALTOR® members. We are seeking a positive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Member Services Coordinator to join our team. Position Summary The Member Services Coordinator provides administrative and customer support for the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and Association members. This position works closely with the MLS Director to assist with daily MLS operations, member support, education coordination, communications, and data accuracy. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, tech-savvy, and enjoys building relationships while delivering outstanding customer service. Responsibilities Member & MLS Support Provide exceptional customer service to Association and MLS members. Assist members with MLS-related questions, troubleshooting, and navigation of MLS tools. Support the MLS Director with daily MLS operations and projects. Help members access the resources they need to successfully utilize MLS services. Listing Data Management Review listing data for accuracy and compliance with MLS rules and standards. Monitor listing data reports and assist in resolving discrepancies in a timely manner. Communications & Marketing Assist with creating and distributing member newsletters and communications. Gather content, proofread materials, and coordinate communication schedules. Help develop consumer awareness campaigns. Design flyers, graphics, and other marketing materials. Assist with social media content and engagement. Education & Events Coordinate educational classes and training opportunities for members. Schedule instructors, reserve meeting space, prepare class materials, and communicate with attendees. Work with Texas
REALTORS
® and other education partners to ensure successful programming. Website Support Assist the MLS Director with updates and maintenance of the Association and MLS websites. Qualifications Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines. Comfortable learning new technology and software platforms. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with Canva, social media platforms, or graphic design is a plus. Experience with MLS systems, Association Management Software, or real estate is preferred but not required. Preferred Skills Problem-solving mindset. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Professional demeanor with a positive attitude. Strong proofreading and organizational skills. Experience coordinating meetings, events, or educational programs.
