Schedule:
40 hours a week plus overtime as needed to support business needs, 7:00 am

Friday Pay:
$25/hr. We are seeking a highly organized, adaptable Administrative Assistant to support the Vice President of our West Region based in our Corpus Christi shop. This is a fast-paced, high-visibility role requiring strong attention to detail, initiative, and the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate a complex, high-volume calendar Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Vice President Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence Maintain organized records, files, and documentation Assist with event planning, meeting coordination, and follow-ups Act as a point of contact between the VP and internal/external stakeholders Support special projects and handle a wide variety of administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
3+ years of administrative support experience (executive-level preferred) Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Professional, dependable, and able to handle confidential information with discretion What we're looking for: A proactive, solution-oriented mindset High attention to detail and follow-through Flexibility to support a busy executive with evolving priorities Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented approach Some of the
