Job Description

Job Overview Are you a proactive problem solver with a knack for customer service and operations in a fast-paced environment? Do you thrive in a role that combines technical knowledge, real-time communication, and hands-on coordination? If so, DFW Airport is looking for you to join our Skylink Services team as a Skylink Transportation Administrator !
What You'll Be Doing:
Monitor, assess, and respond to Skylink customer service concerns and maintenance performance. Support control center operations and serve as a backup operator as needed. Coordinate and conduct educational tours of the Skylink system and support public communications in collaboration with Marketing and Public Affairs. Track and report service metrics by generating daily, weekly, monthly, and annual performance reports. Assist in managing station/car signage changes, route modifications, or service shutdowns with contractors and internal departments. Create, update, and maintain standard operating procedures and the Control Center's training and certification program. Participate in productivity and performance improvement projects related to Skylink operations. Coordinate with Risk Management on accident and incident investigations related to Skylink. Observe and document environmental performance and report concerns to Environmental Affairs.
What You'll Need:
Associate degree in business, electronics, or related field. Any equivalent combination of education and or experience may be substituted for the above. 4 years of experience operating or maintaining electro-mechanical systems in a real-time transportation or airport environment. Strong communication, organizational, and data analysis skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and other office software. Ability to work rotating shifts and maintain composure during high-pressure situations. Valid Class C Driver's License.
