Job Description
Description We are looking for a Part Time (20-25 hours a week) Administrative Assistant to join our team in Forney, Texas. - Support the billing process by learning and utilizing the company's billing program.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth administrative operations.
- Uphold a high standard of professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive information. Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or administrative roles.
- Strong skills in data entry and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage email correspondence effectively.
- Familiarity with payment processing systems is a plus.
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
