Overview We are looking for an organized, detail orientated Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations at our fast-paced and fun amusement park. This role is essential while contributing to an enjoyable experience for both staff and our guests
Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the park management and department teams Answer phone, respond to emails and handle general inquiries Maintain schedules, calendars and meeting coordination Assist employees with onboarding, paperwork and record keeping Manage a filing system and data entry with accuracy Coordinate internal communications across departments Support event planning and park promotions as needed Handle ordering of office supplies and maintaining inventory Assist with guest services and support when needed
Qualifications:
Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent 1-3 years if administrative or office experience Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, (Word, Excel and Outlook Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Friendly, professional demeanor with a positive attitude Preferred Skills Experience in hospitality, entertainment or tourism industries Basic scheduling experience Familiarity with office management systems Work Environment Combination of office and on-site park environment Will require weekends, holidays and flexible hours Energetic atmosphere with some guest interaction
