Administrative Assistant Qualifications & Responsibilities:
Bachelor's degree preferred 2+ years in a medical office setting preferred Bilingual in Spanish is required; proficient in reading, writing, and comprehending English Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and TEAMS Front desk duties including greeting and checking in patients, managing clinic lobby, answering phones, scheduling, and regular caregiver communication Independently manages daily referrals/intakes in EMR, gathers required information, and maintains accurate records Routine preparation of administrative paperwork, and assisting director in various projects Administrative Assistant -
