Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and organized Office Clerk to join our team and keep our daily operations running smoothly. This vital role involves managing administrative tasks, providing exceptional customer support, and ensuring the office environment is efficient and welcoming. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills to handle a variety of clerical responsibilities with enthusiasm and professionalism. Duties Operate multi-line phone systems to handle incoming calls efficiently and route messages accurately if needed Perform data entry tasks using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval of documents Support office management by scheduling appointments, calendar management Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution or filing Handle clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, mailing, and inventory management of office supplies Help set up with monthly luncheons & activities Qualifications Proven experience in an office environment with clerical skills and organizational abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications Familiarity with QuickBooks for data entry tasks Excellent phone etiquette skills with experience managing multi-line phone systems Bilingual abilities are desirable, but not required, to serve diverse client needs effectively Attention to detail in proofreading documents Previous experience as a office assistant is a plus Demonstrated ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude Knowledge of office management practices and customer service principles Join us as an Office Clerk and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to maintaining an organized, welcoming environment that supports our company's success.
