Job Description

We are a small, close-knit medical clinic focused on providing high-quality, compassionate care to our patients. Our team works closely together, supports one another, and takes pride in creating a welcoming, respectful environment for everyone who walks through our doors. We are looking for a reliable, personable Front Desk Coordinator who will serve as the first point of contact for our patients. This role is essential to the daily flow of the clinic and plays a key part in creating a positive patient experience. As a small business we DO NOT offer health insurance but do provide other benefits. Key Responsibilities Greet and check in patients in a friendly and professional manner Answer incoming calls and assist with scheduling appointments Verify insurance and collect co-pays/payments Manage patient records and maintain confidentiality Coordinate patient flow and communicate with clinical staff Handle general administrative tasks to support the clinic What We're Looking For Strong interpersonal and communication skills Calm, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Dependable and team-oriented Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information Basic computer skills (experience with EMR/EHR systems is a plus) Previous front desk, medical office, or customer service experience preferred
