The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer payments, processing invoices, maintaining accurate daily reports, and assisting with inventory tracking. This position requires strong organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Responsibilities:

Process customer payments and balance cash drawer daily Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports Track and organize office and inventory records Assist with invoicing, filing, and data entry Helping customers in person and over the phone Coordinate with technicians, and management Maintain accurate documentation and office organization Ability to lift and stock merchandise. Basic automotive knowledge helps, but not required for beginner positions because training is provided. Battery, wiper blade, and light bulb installations Keeping the store/shop clean and organized

Qualifications:
