Job Description

Duties Provide exceptional customer support by greeting visitors and answering inquiries at the front desk. Manage incoming calls and emails Support administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and report generation. Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and enhance efficiency. Requirements Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to better serve our diverse clientele. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks performed. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
