JOB SUMMARY
The front office coordinator provides day-to-day support to the HOA and community center staff, as well as residents. You will be the primary point of contact for incoming calls at the HOA office and provide customer service to anyone who comes into the HOA office lobby. Your job is to interact professionally and efficiently with residents while also assisting HOA and community center staff. This is a full-time position •Monday through Thursday, 9 am to 5 pm, and Friday, 9 am to 3 pm. Overall, this position includes, but is not limited to, daily operations during business hours, regular interactions with walk-in residents, receiving and processing payments, checking mailboxes daily, issuing gym key fobs, issuing pool memberships, reviewing account balances with residents, and assisting with meetings and scheduling. The workplace is primarily located on-site at the management office, 2520 King Arthur BLVD, Suite 200, Lewisville, Texas 75056, or at the community center, 2501 Queen Margaret Drive, Lewisville, TX 75056.RESPONSIBILITIES
Dual position ability - HOA office, the primary location, with the ability to staff the community center when needed Daily phone, email, and in-person communication with residents of the Association Coordinating and scheduling banquet room rentals at the three banquet rooms Oversight of sports field and community garden applications, and coordinating their use/schedules Process mail from the management office and check mail daily Assist in answering questions regarding violations, assessment charges, and all other related association processes Oversight and processing of seasonal pool membership applications and passes Assist with social and signature community events, when needed Knowledge of the Castle Hills community and general knowledge of the CCR's Able to assist in department-wide tasks and aid co-workers as needed Ability to take on side projects the HOA may need assistance with Other miscellaneous clerical or seasonal tasksQUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or GED 5-year related experience Solid speaking and writing skills Strong customer service skills Ability to prioritize and manage time Ability to adapt and learn quickly Detail-oriented with strong organization skills Strong analytic skills for processes and data Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite programs Communicate and work effectively with a diverse group of people Ability to multi-task and work independently and in a team environmentPay:
