In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will possess strong office management skills and be proficient in various administrative tasks, contributing to a productive work environment. Duties Manage daily office operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars. Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, greeting visitors and handling inquiries with professionalism. Perform data entry and maintain accurate filing systems for documents and records. Assist in proofreading documents to ensure accuracy and clarity before distribution. Handle phone communications with excellent phone etiquette, addressing client needs and directing calls appropriately. Support team members with various clerical tasks as needed, including preparation of reports and presentations. Coordinate meetings, including logistics such as room bookings and materials preparation. Skills Strong office management abilities with a focus on efficiency and organization. Proficient computer literacy, including familiarity with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite), icluding Excel spreadsheet experience. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to maintain confidentiality while managing sensitive information. Strong proofreading skills to ensure high-quality documentation. Experience in personal assistant roles is advantageous, demonstrating adaptability and multitasking capabilities.
