Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team! Duties Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and directing them appropriately Operate multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring clear communication Handle data entry tasks accurately using computer literacy skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Maintain organized filing systems and ensure all documents are properly stored and easily accessible Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments for team members or executives Support bookkeeping and basic QuickBooks entries to track expenses and invoices Provide excellent customer support by responding promptly to inquiries via phone or email Perform clerical duties such as proofreading documents, preparing reports, and managing correspondence Support office management tasks, including supply inventory, filing, and general administrative support Offer bilingual assistance when needed to serve diverse client or staff needs Demonstrate a compassionate, Christ-centered attitude in all interactions with clients, volunteers, donors, and staff Skills Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette, and front desk operations Experience with QuickBooks or bookkeeping software is a plus Excellent typing speed and data entry accuracy for efficient workflow management Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to support diverse communication needs Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Ability to proofread documents carefully and maintain high attention to detail Effective time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities seamlessly
Pay:
