Job Description

Our Member Service Coordinator delivers exceptional service while providing administrative support to the Member Service department. We are looking for a candidate that possesses the following skills; a high school diploma or equivalent, math aptitude, and keyboarding skills. ADDITIONAL REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
1 year related financial or customer services experience, or degree in related fieldKnowledge of all credit union products and servicesExperience with Microsoft Office Suite Displays attention to detail and organization skillsAbility to manage time effectively while handling multiple tasks and prioritizing responsibilitiesExcellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skillsDisplays a high level of professionalismDependable; punctual and regular attendanceAbility to work well in a team environment and support the credit unions mission and values
JOB SUMMARY
Review check order exceptions and end-of-day check processes to verify balancingAssist with the setup for product access and handle password resets Assist with data for payroll incentives for Member ServicesAssist with preparation of training materials for department meetings and processing reports for the Member Service DepartmentProcess FED orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillmentMonitor and maintain inventory levels for debit cards, gift cards, department and Admin Branch supplies, while facilitating notary setups, renewals, and stamp ordersProvide support in department procedures Assist Chief Member Service Officer on various projects
