Job Description
Martin Realty is a family-owned business looking for a driven bilingual office assistant to join our team.
Duties incluce:
Assist with customer support activities, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing customer inquiries or concerns. Assist with Accounting Perform various clerical duties, including filing documents, data entry, photocopying, and scanning. Act as a personal assistant to the office manager or executive staff Assist with day-to-day tasks Serve as a receptionist in a office setting by greeting and giving customer service Must be bilingual (Spanish) High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficient in using computer software programs such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and QuickBooks. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism. Attention to detail and accuracy in performing clerical tasks. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.Note:
