Front Office Coordinator

Then this role is for you. About Elysian Aesthetics At our location we provide a variety of esthetic services as well as medical aesthetic selections to meet our clients skincare needs. As the front office coordinator, you will be to be the face of our business… Greeting clients as they come in, checking clients in, cleaning, scheduling appointments, creating patient files and suggesting services and products to patients in person and via phone. The front office coordinator will also be responsible for ensuring everything runs smoothly in the office, handling patient inquiries, ensuring inventory levels are sufficient and reconciling end of day reports and deposits. We are a small team, so you may be asked to help with social media reels, turning over rooms and helping with events. Pay will be based on experience with room for advancement for highly motivated individuals! We offer services and products at cost for employees after 90 days. 2 years of front office experience required. Medical spa or beauty industry experience preferred. Room for advancement for the right candidate. Social media experience is a plus! Hours will be afternoons Tuesday-Friday and alternating Saturdays from 830-3. We can be somewhat flexible for the right candidate. Our office hours are Tuesday-Friday 830a-6p Saturdays from 830a-3p.
