Tower of the Americas Administrative Assistant Tower of the Americas (Chart House) is seeking a detail-oriented Hourly Administrative Assistant to support daily operations at one of San Antonio's most iconic destinations. Rising 750 feet above the city, our landmark location offers a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment where no two days are the same. This role is responsible for assisting with scheduling, onboarding coordination, payroll and hiring support, maintaining organized records, and acting as a key point of communication between leadership and team members. Ideal candidates are highly organized, professional, and comfortable multitasking while supporting both restaurant and attraction operations.
