Role:
The company is seeking an Administrative Clerk to support daily office operations at our Spring location. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate records, coordinating schedules, managing communications, and ensuring compliance with educational regulations and policies.
What You'll Do:
Maintain accurate student records and attendance logs. Coordinate schedules for classes, events, and meetings. Manage communication between staff, students, and parents. Ensure compliance with educational regulations and policies. Provide general administrative support as needed. The company
Looking For:
High school diploma or GED. 12 months of administrative or related experience. Strong organizational and communication skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping. Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate schedules effectively. Professional demeanor when interacting with staff, students, and parents. CPR certification (required).
Background Requirements:
Candidates must pass a drug screen and background check. (Due to the nature of employer's business, company policy requires that candidates having criminal background will not be considered for employment.)
