Job Description
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the front desk area
Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
Perform data entry tasks to update patient records and maintain accurate information
Assist with administrative duties such as proofreading documents and transcribing notes
Manage office supplies and ensure the reception area is clean and organized
Collaborate with medical staff to ensure smooth operations of the office
Requirements:
Previous experience working in a doctor's office or similar healthcare setting is preferred
Proficient in typing and data entry with strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with office management procedures and basic administrative tasks
