This is a full-time, in-office position.
This role is ideal for an individual who takes pride in producing highly accurate work and consistently demonstrates a strong "can-do" attitude. You will work closely with our administrative team to support accountants and CPAs in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Scan, download, and organize critical tax documents with a high level of accuracy and timeliness Maintain client intake checklists and provide key support in managing projects workflow, especially during high-volume tax season Support daily administrative operations with efficiency and reliability Manage outgoing mail, including client tax returns and monthly billing statements Answer phones, greet clients in person, and gather useful information for staff Work closely and share responsibilities with our administrative team to support both our Sugar Land and Wichita Falls office Required Qualifications Strong attention to detail with a proven commitment to precision and quality Positive, proactive "can-do" attitude and willingness to take initiative Comfortable using technology, including Microsoft Office Excellent communicator and team player. Desire to be a value-added member of the firm Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand environment during tax season Strong interpersonal skills for handling sensitive and confidential matters Dependable and is available to work in-office, 40 hours per week, 5 days per week (Monday through Friday) Preferred Qualifications Quick learner who can adapt to new responsibilities and systems with ease Previous experience supporting an accounting firm or other professional organizations is a plus. Experience with shared network and secure client portals Team player with solution-focused mindset and eagerness to contribute Ability to see the big picture and understand how his/her role contributes to the firm's overall success
