Part-Time Adminstrative Assistant - HOA Management Bedrock Association Management LLC Sugar Land, TX Job Details Part-time $15 - $18 an hour 20 hours ago Benefits Paid time off Flexible schedule Referral program Qualifications Microsoft Excel Interpersonal skills Administrative experience Attention to detail Organizational skills Full Job Description We are a community management company in the HOA industry looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to provide flexible support across our operations. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys wearing many hats and can jump between tasks and departments with ease. You'll play a key role in keeping our communities running smoothly by supporting our management team in a variety of critical functions. What You'll Do Community Management Support Assist community managers with day-to-day operational tasks and follow-ups Maintain and organize community files, records, and databases Homeowner Communications Respond to homeowner inquiries via phone and email in a professional, timely manner Prepare and distribute notices, newsletters, and other community correspondence Violations & Compliance Help track and process community violation notices Maintain accurate violation logs and follow-up records Vendor Coordination Communicate with vendors regarding work orders, scheduling, and service follow-ups Assist with tracking vendor certificates of insurance and contracts Board Meeting Prep & Minutes Help prepare agendas, packets, and supporting materials for board meetings Assist with drafting and distributing meeting minutes Accounting Support (AP & AR) Assist with basic data entry, invoice processing, and payment tracking Support the accounting team with filing and record-keeping as needed What We're Looking For Prior administrative experience required; HOA or property management experience a strong plus Comfortable handling a high volume of homeowner interactions with professionalism and patience Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with HOA management software (e.g., Vantaca, AppFolio, CINC) a bonus Excellent written and verbal communication skills Reliable, self-motivated, and a true team player
Schedule Hours:
20-30 hours per week
Availability:
Must be available for some evening and Saturday hours to support board meetings and community needs
Schedule:
Otherwise flexible within standard business hours,
Monday-Friday Pay:
$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
