No Position Summary Information Job Description Summary Assists various departments at WCWC with effective and efficient management of clerical workload responsibilities. Must be able to perform duties with limited supervision and direction. Qualifications Strong customer service orientation and professionalmunication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams). Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately. Stronganizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Required Education High school diploma or equivalent Preferred Education Associate's Degree Required Experience Experience in an office setting performing administrative tasks Preferred Experience Bilingual Essential Duties and Responsibilities Greet and assist students, ors, andmunity members in person, by phone, and via email. Provide general information about campus services, programs, and prores. Answer and route iing calls; take messages and ensure timely follow-up. Perform data entry, maintain records, and update student or departmental information systems as needed. Assist with campus-wide clerical tasks, including scanning, filing, copying, andanizing documents. Help coordinate campus events, orientations, and student activities. Uphold confidentiality andpliance with FERPA and institutional policies. Perform other duties as assigned to support efficient campus operations.
