The work schedule is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
Responsibilities:
Answer phones, process requests for services, maintain general office records, process and distribute mail, maintain department inventory, order office supplies. Provides clerical support to all team members, filing, scanning, printing, as required.
Working hours:
8:00 AM - 5:00
PM Skills:
Spanish speaking a plus Graphic design skills
Education:
High School Experience:
1-4 years
