Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Saint George, Ut. The Administrative Assistant will provide essential administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth daily operations. This includes managing phone calls, maintaining records, scheduling meetings, organizing documents, and assisting the executive team with administrative tasks. Qualifications Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance support Organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Familiarity with office software and systems High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus
