ABOUT OUR COMPANY

We are looking for an individual with experience as a secretary or assistant in a busy work environment. The applicant must be organized, with attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
REQUIREMENTS
Must be a U.S. Person (Defined as: a U.S. citizen, U.S. national, lawful permanent resident (green card holder), or an individual who has been granted asylum or refugee status, in accordance with U.S. export control regulations such as ITAR and EAR.) Willing to commute or relocate. Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, or a related field.

Attention to detail. Interpersonal Communication. Time management. Goal-oriented. Team player. Work successfully in fast-paced environments.
DUTIES:
Manage our President's calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Clean driving record (mileage will be reimbursed). Willing to transport children of employees as needed. Handle incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence. Complete office tasks such as collecting mail daily and purchasing groceries for the team. Assist the senior recruiter with reviewing resumes and completing phone screenings. Maintain and organize electronic and physical files, ensuring easy retrieval of documents.
EXPECTED HOURS/SCHEDULE
8AM-6PM Monday-Friday (Overtime Pay).
