Job Description

Patriot Sign & Banner is a growing sign company serving Southern Utah since 1969 with high-quality custom signage solutions. We pride ourselves on craftsmanship, reliability, and strong customer relationships. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a highly organized, proactive team member to help streamline operations and support project flow. Position Overview This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats. Depending on your experience, this position may align with an Office Manager, Project Coordinator, Integrator, or Administrative Lead role. You'll play a key role in keeping projects organized, supporting communication between team members and customers, and ensuring operational efficiency from start to finish. Key Responsibilities
  • Track and manage purchasing costs, ensuring expenses are properly tied to specific jobs or projects
  • Submit and manage city sign permit applications and approvals
  • Coordinate job flow and internal communication between departments
  • Serve as a point of contact for customer service inquiries and updates
  • Follow up with customers after project completion to ensure satisfaction and request Google reviews
  • Assist in scheduling, job tracking, and general administrative support
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and keep projects moving efficiently
  • Support ownership with day-to-day operational needs Qualifications
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal)
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to track multiple projects at once
  • Comfortable with basic software tools (email, spreadsheets, job tracking systems, etc.)
  • Self-starter who can take initiative and solve problems
  • Experience in project coordination, office administration, or operations is preferred
  • Familiarity with construction, signage, or permitting processes is a plus (but not required) What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who can bring structure and clarity to our growing workflow.
