Job Description
- Track and manage purchasing costs, ensuring expenses are properly tied to specific jobs or projects
- Submit and manage city sign permit applications and approvals
- Coordinate job flow and internal communication between departments
- Serve as a point of contact for customer service inquiries and updates
- Follow up with customers after project completion to ensure satisfaction and request Google reviews
- Assist in scheduling, job tracking, and general administrative support
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and keep projects moving efficiently
- Support ownership with day-to-day operational needs Qualifications
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication (written and verbal)
- Detail-oriented with the ability to track multiple projects at once
- Comfortable with basic software tools (email, spreadsheets, job tracking systems, etc.)
- Self-starter who can take initiative and solve problems
- Experience in project coordination, office administration, or operations is preferred
- Familiarity with construction, signage, or permitting processes is a plus (but not required) What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who can bring structure and clarity to our growing workflow.
