This role works closely with the Youth Theatre Director and staff to ensure that sessions run smoothly and efficiently. This is a fast-paced, high-volume environment that requires strong organization, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once. The position includes both office responsibilities and active support during program hours. Responsibilities Administrative and program support Assist with program planning, scheduling, and coordination. Track and organize student, staff, and program information. Maintain accurate records in spreadsheets and databases. Communication and customer service Respond to emails and phone calls in a timely and professional manner. Assist families with registration questions and general program information. Communicate clearly with staff regarding schedules, updates, and needs. Logistics and coordination Help coordinate teaching artists, materials, and daily schedules. Prepare and organize materials for each session. Support supply ordering and inventory tracking. Financial and data tracking support Assist the Director in tracking program expenses and payments. Maintain organized documentation related to program operations. On-site program support Assist with daily camp operations as needed. Help manage transitions, materials, and general program flow. Step in to support staff and students when necessary. Staff are also required to attend: One evening performance during the final days of each session (typically between 4:00-8:00 PM) Weekly faculty meetings held on Mondays after program hours Minimum Qualifications Preferences Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in person, by phone, and by email. Experience working in a customer service, office, or youth program setting. Comfort working with spreadsheets, databases, and general office software. Ability to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities throughout the day. Experience working in a camp, theatre, or youth program setting. Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Ability to take initiative and solve problems independently. Experience with project coordination or administrative support. Valid driver's license preferred. Must be at least 18 years of age.
