Non-Exempt Job Purpose The Administrative Assistant contributes to the success of the company by providing administrative support to ensure efficient operations in the office. This role handles organizational and clerical tasks, supports executives with scheduling, manages information confidentially, and ensures smooth office workflows. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operations in the office. Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, binding, and scanning. Organize and schedule appointments and meetings for executive leadership, including a the CEO. Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner. Resolve administrative problems and inquiries. Conduct data entry with accuracy and timeliness. Exhibit polite and professional communication via phone and email. Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing assigned projects as needed. Qualifications Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred. Prior customer service experience is preferred. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to effectively use general office equipment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong presentation skills. Excellent problem-solving and time management skills. Ability to be a cooperative team player, highly motivated, and maintain a positive attitude. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common business and legal documents. Demonstrated ability to make sound judgments and decisions with professional etiquette. Self-driven with the ability to recognize process improvements and take initiative. Working Conditions Work is primarily office-based with extended periods of computer use. May require occasional overtime during peak periods or special projects. Must be able to pull or lift up to 15 pounds at times.
