Finance Secretary West Point, UT 84015 $16

  • Part-time We are looking for a finance secretary with accounting experience to handle our three companies finances (Opening the mail, paying bills, data entry of financial transactions, balancing checking accounts, etc.
). It is very important that you are very proficient in Quickbooks Desktop and have a good knowledge of every aspect of the software. The job also would include accounts payable and managing and labeling the checking accounts for tax purposes and other items as needed. Knowledge of Google Docs and being able to balance budget sheets. No weekend or evening work. The job would be 4 hours per day (10:30 am to 2:30 pm) 5 days per week (Monday to Friday). No smoking or vaping. Must have own vehicle and current drivers license.
