This role is essential in supporting daily office operations, ensuring smooth communication, and maintaining an efficient work environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, excellent customer service abilities, and proficiency with various office management tools. Bilingual skills are a plus, as well as experience with medical or dental reception, bookkeeping, and calendar management. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic office setting where your organizational skills and professionalism will be valued. Duties Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and answering multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization Use Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace for document creation, email correspondence, and scheduling Handle appointment scheduling and calendar management for staff or clients Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software Provide customer support through effective communication and problem-solving Support office management tasks such as supply ordering, maintaining office equipment, and organizing files Support administrative functions including typing reports, managing emails, and supporting personal assistant duties as needed Maintain a professional appearance at the front desk area and ensure the office environment remains welcoming Experience Prior clerical or administrative experience preferred, including office management or receptionist roles in medical or dental settings Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools Experience with QuickBooks or bookkeeping is a plus Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills; bilingual abilities are advantageous Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and customer service best practices Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks appropriately Previous experience in data entry, filing, proofreading, and calendar management is desirable Personal assistant or medical receptionist experience can be beneficial but is not required
Pay:
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
