Manassas Smiles is a private practice seeking a dedicated, organized Front Office Assistant who can also assist us in the back when needed. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental practice, providing exceptional support to both patients and staff. Schedule Full-time Monday through Friday Benefits Bonus opportunities (production-based) Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Short and long-term disability options PTO and paid holidays 401(k) options Responsibilities Manage patient appointments and maintain the scheduling system efficiently Ensure that accurate patient records are maintained in compliance with HIPAA regulations Provide administrative support to dental staff, including managing correspondence and office supplies Answering phone calls Checking patients out and collecting co-pays Scheduling patients for next visit Presenting treatment Requirements 1+ years of experience in the dental field is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate Experience with Dentrix is preferred Must have a great personality and customer service skills Excellent phone etiquette Receptive and willing to grow
