AmeriStaff Employment and Staffing Solutions is seeking an Administrative Professional who has an interest in building a career as an Administrative Assistant for a client of ours in South Boston, VA. Responsibilities of the
Administrative Professional:
Schedule and conduct orientations and interviews with applicants. Perform accurate data entry of customer information Communicate with customers and walk-ins effectively and efficiently Completing on-boarding tasks such as background checks, drug tests, etc. Communicate with clients, applicants, and employees via phone, text, and emails. Requirements for the
Administrative Professional:
High school diploma or equivalent and two (2) years of office experience required. Knowledge of general human resource topics (recruiting, application process, interviewing, hiring). Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees and the public. Attend community events on occasion after business hours. Excellent customer service and phone etiquette skills in a professional office environment. Possess strong verbal, written, problem solving, and social skills. Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Organized, self-motivated, goal oriented, creative thinker, and problem solver.
