Pay Range:
$24-25/hour We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support Administrative/Procurement operations in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for resolving invoicing issues, assisting with purchase requests and purchase orders, approving system access requests, and managing operational tickets within established SLAs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot invoicing and payment issues
- Support users with purchase requests and POs
- Approve Procure-to-Pay system access requests
- Manage and resolve tickets within SLA timelines
- Prepare reports, presentations, invoices, and expense tracking
- Assist with administrative and operational projects
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required
- 2-4 years of experience in procurement operations, accounts payable, or related field
- Familiarity with Procure-to-Pay processes preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
