Administrative Assistant Opportunity!
Location:
Arlington, VA Contract:
6+months, possible to convert
Pay Range:
$24-25/hour We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support Administrative/Procurement operations in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for resolving invoicing issues, assisting with purchase requests and purchase orders, approving system access requests, and managing operational tickets within established SLAs.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot invoicing and payment issues
  • Support users with purchase requests and POs
  • Approve Procure-to-Pay system access requests
  • Manage and resolve tickets within SLA timelines
  • Prepare reports, presentations, invoices, and expense tracking
  • Assist with administrative and operational projects
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma required
  • 2-4 years of experience in procurement operations, accounts payable, or related field
  • Familiarity with Procure-to-Pay processes preferred
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
