Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations. This role is responsible for handling clerical tasks, coordinating office activities, and helping ensure the workplace runs efficiently. This position is onsite.
Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and visitor inquiriesMaintain filing systems and organize office recordsSchedule meetings and manage calendarsOrder office supplies and track inventoryPrepare documents, reports, and correspondenceAssist with data entry and database updatesSupport billing, invoicing, or basic bookkeeping tasks as neededCoordinate mail, shipping, and deliveriesProvide general administrative support to staff and leadershipSimilar remote jobs
