Virginia Beach, VA Job Details Full-time 1 day ago Qualifications Record keeping Databases Administrative experience Records management Bachelor's degree Data management Calendar management SharePoint Productivity software Information management Full Job Description Job Description Provide senior-level administrative and project information support for USTDA operations, including information management, conference room coordination, facilities support, audio-visual management, reporting, and administrative management services. Key Responsibilities Support administrative management and project information operations Coordinate conference room scheduling and training center support Maintain event calendars and meeting schedules Set up conference rooms, training rooms, and AV equipment for meetings and events Troubleshoot audio-visual connectivity and presentation issues Support facilities management and administrative coordination activities Develop reports, SOPs, and administrative documentation Maintain records and information databases Assist with workflow improvement and administrative process support Coordinate with Agency personnel and contractors to support operational activities Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in business, information management, or related discipline required Minimum 10 years administrative management or related experience required Experience in information and records management required Experience supporting conference room and AV operations required Strong written and verbal communication skills required Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines required Required Systems, Tools, and Framework Experience Microsoft Office Suite SharePoint and information management systems Audio-visual and teleconferencing systems Scheduling and calendar management systems Database and reporting systems Presentation and multimedia editing software Facilities management tracking systems Required Specialized Experience Experience supporting conference room and business center operations Experience troubleshooting AV and teleconferencing equipment Experience supporting administrative and facilities management operations Experience creating and implementing administrative procedures Experience training staff on business processes and procedures Experience managing information and records systems Equal Opportunity Employer Statement We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and strive to provide equal employment opportunity to all applicants and staff in accordance with sound employee relations practices and federal and state laws.
