JOB DESCRIPTION
: The Office Coordinator supports the daily administrative and operational functions of the Facilities Team, ensuring efficient workflows, accurate financial tracking, and effective coordination across departments. This role serves as a central resource for office operations, communication, and process support within a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Coordinate day-to-day administrative operations in support of Facilities leadership and staff + Track budgets, process invoices, and monitor expenses to support financial accuracy + Manage work requests and departmental communications + Maintain organized systems for documentation, compliance records, and reporting + Support vendor coordination, supply management, and service requests + Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless operational support
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
