Program Administrator Gifford Health Care • Practice Admin Randolph , VT Administrative & Clerical Full Time, Days Salary range: $34.25 - $51.37 per hour Req # 1531 Posted 04/08/2026 Gifford is seeking a Program Administrator for the Maple Mountain Vermont Family Medicine Residency Program. This position will work closely with the Program Director, assisting with the day-to-day operational management and administrative workflow of the program, and strategic initiatives. The Program Administrator is a full-time, vital leadership role responsible for ensuring that the program maintains compliance with all ACGME Institutional, Common, and Specialty-Specific requirements. The administrator is responsible for the maintenance and coordination of the ERAS database and Match process. The Administrator ensures timely dissemination of all relevant materials including policies, schedules, curricula, workshops etc., and oversees the organization and scheduling of resident onboarding and orientation. The Program Administrator acts as the primary resource and liaison for faculty, residents, staff, and external entities. Key responsibilities include recruiting trainees, tracking and reporting resident progress, assisting with educational programming, and maintaining accredited status. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong leadership, personnel management, and technical skills to drive the program's efficiency and success.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and experience Three-five years of experience in an administrative position, preferably in an educational or health care setting Experience in Graduate Medical Education and relevant databases and software, TAGME certification preferred Gifford Health Care offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.
