This role is ideal for someone who is clerically strong, organized, eager to learn, and able to adapt quickly in a high-volume workplace. No prior experience is required — we are willing to train the right candidate with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Responsibilities Assist with processing purchase paperwork and vehicle transaction documentation Support workflow for trade-in paperwork and title-related documents Prepare and organize finance and lease contract paperwork Maintain accurate records and ensure documents are completed correctly and efficiently Communicate with sales, finance, and management teams to keep deals moving smoothly Provide administrative support in a fast-paced office setting Help maintain compliance and organization throughout the sales process Qualifications Strong clerical and organizational skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Willingness to learn and adapt quickly Basic computer proficiency required Compensation & Schedule This is a full-time salaried position 40 hours per week, with weekly compensation of $1,000 and eligibility for a weekly bonus.
