Job Description

Position Overview:
Join our team of delivering expert landscape maintenance across Chittenden County. Pinnacle Properties is growing, and we are looking for a part-time Administrative Assistant to support our team in the office. This is a great role for an organized, responsible, detail-oriented individual looking to gain experience in the behind-the-scenes workings of a small business. This has the potential to grow into a full-time role for the right individual. What You'll Do Work alongside our small in-office team, supporting with clerical and administrative tasks, including:
Human Resources Support :
Keeping track of employee time off, distribute work uniforms, update weekly work calendars, assist with new hire onboarding
Administrative Support :
Keep track of service and appointment needs to copmpany's fleet of vehicles, Track and organize incoming bills, Track expenses for various projects, File and organize paperwork, Office supplies inventory and ordering What We're Looking For Office/Administrative experience (1+ years) Excellent Computer Skills, including (but not limited to): Microsoft Office, Outlook, Google Sheets, as well as the willingness and ability to learn and adapt to industry specific software programs Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to write clear staff memos, customer emails, and internal communications. Ability to follow written and verbal directions, ask questions when needed, and explain office policies and procedures to team members working in the field. Strong time-management, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently to complete daily, weekly, and monthly tasks. Friendly, professional, and comfortable interacting with colleagues, customers, and guests with a positive attitude.
