Job Description

Be the Face of DAA Seattle- Join Us as a Front Office Admin! Are you organized, friendly, and ready to be the first point of contact in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? At DAA Seattle, we're seeking a dependable and customer-focused Front Office Admin to support daily operations and help ensure a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors or gives us a call. As a Front Office Admin, you'll play a vital role in supporting both customers and internal teams.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Answering and routing incoming calls efficiently to the appropriate departments or team members Retrieving messages from the general voicemail box and communicating with team members as needed Assisting title staff with tasks such as printing invoices, matching consigner checks, and filing titles • Responds to new dealer registration requests over the phone and through DAA Sales team and processes registrations based on established procedures. Responsible for an annual renewal of every active customer file to ensure the auction's records are up-to-date. Maintain dealer registration information in Auction Access database, including but not limited to, rejected documents, expired licenses, reseller permits, and out of business dealerships. Update dealership information, such as name changes, physical addresses, and e-mail addresses. Providing friendly, professional customer service at the front counter, over the phone, and via other communication channels Following up with customers to ensure high-quality service and issue resolution Supporting a team-focused, values-driven service culture throughout the organization Assisting with general office tasks and stepping in to help other departments when time permits Supporting operations during sale days and customer promotional events as needed
What We're Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent 2-3 years of office experience with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, 10-key, and general office equipment Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work in a time-sensitive, team-oriented environment Proven ability to manage multiple tasks independently A positive, service-minded attitude and a willingness to help where needed Why DAA Seattle?
